Uma Radhakrishnan is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of two business  ventures, UV Consultants and UPR LLC.  A Trainer, Coach and Consultant with 24 years of organizational and entrepreneurial experience, she is happiest empowering her trainees with Soft skills and Management skills and helping her Coaching clients achieve their outcome.  Her 12+ years’ training experience has taught her to be compassionate to trainees' needs.  Her session content is known for establishing credibility and making the learning experience unique to participants. Highly interactive and energizing, her sessions engage the attendees to have a deeper insight regarding the subject. Her expertise in the field of Management and Marketing enables her to offer “creative” and practical solutions to challenges.  She has trained extensively in India, US, Europe, the Far-East and the Middle-East.

She is a Postgraduate in Economics and holds several Certifications; Certified International Professional Training Consultant, a Certified Associate Leadership and Life Coach, a Certified NLP Master Practitioner and Coach, a Certified NLP Trainer, Certified Group Coach and Certified Accelerated Learning Coach.  She is a Distinguished Toastmaster who has held several Leadership positions at the District and International Level and received a Presidential Citation for her contribution.

She is also an avid Youth groomer who conducts youth programs to help children grow in Leadership, Responsibility and Confidence and has developed several customized modules to maintain the level of interest and intrigue in youth whom she fondly calls “Generation WHY”.
