This 12 hours online instructor led training provides practical skills, concepts, and principles that can be taken back to the job and implemented right away. The course format includes a mixture of lecture, case studies, numerous exercises including working on project management templates, and group discussions. All participants return to their workplace better equipped to bring their projects to a successful conclusion.

About the Trainer
Divya Nambiar is a Project Management Expert with in-depth experience in handling large scale sustainable projects globally and a Corporate Trainer providing Project Management trainings across diverse industries. She has been a Subject Matter Expert and Reviewer to the upcoming Project Management Body of Knowledge Guide - Construction Extension.
She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), has a Masters in Project Management, a Bachelors in Architecture, a LEED AP BD+C (US Green Building Council).
