In this online session, Certified Strengths Coach Anas Aldahoud will introduce you to the concept of Strengths and how you can use yours to thrive, especially in this post COVID period when whatever we used to do in the past in not the normal anymore.
Not only will this workshop help you figure out how to enhance and upgrade your personal and professional life, using these strengths, it will also show you the different coping mechanisms that will work best for your personality. So, at this time of collective panic, you will have the tools to soothe yourself and deal with the various challenges and anxieties. When we understand our strengths, we can make sense of our reactions to the changing world around us and better position one another. Playing to our strengths, we can grow stronger, even in the face of disruption.

Option 1 + 90 minutes one to one coaching with the trainer Mr. Anas Aldahoud
Above price is per participant & excludes 5% VAT. Price also includes training materials & certificate of participation
For Option 2 the one to one coaching date/time to be fixed separately based on the availability of the trainer
Each participant will take the CliftonStrengths online assessment prior to the workshop on 15th July and the results will be discussed during the workshop. The link to take the online assessment will be sent to you after you have registered for the program
The CliftonStrengths online assessment will be different for participants in the age group 15-18 years and for participants who are 18+ years
