SET Up & STEP Up - The first 3 steps to Entrepreneurship

Setting up as an entrepreneur can be both really exciting or genuinely frightening, and sometimes both. Michael will guide you through three key steps in this journey.

The first step is to create an empowering metaphor and mindset for your journey, setting up a business is very much like the traditional heroes or heroines journey.

The second step is to develop your starter proposition.

● Who are your potential customers or clients?

● What pain do they have that you will solve?

● What positive benefits will they achieve from working with you?

● How will you reach them? And what will you say to engage them

The third step is who do you want to help you on your journey? How will you engage them? What’s the best way of getting advice?

Michael has been working with individuals starting businesses for the past 20 years, his experience is that starting a business is much harder than most people expect, however to balance this everyone he’s worked with has been delighted that they had the courage and determination to take this route.

He has developed a route map to make the journey both easier and more fun.
